Deputy Chief Program Officer

Tiffany Scott-House has served as Deputy Chief Program Officer since 2026 after previously overseeing our Older Adult Services as Senior Program Director. Tiffany has also served as Director of our Care Management Program and as Assistant Director of Social Services at our integrated Older Adult Centers. Tiffany has been with the Neighborhood House since 2006, when she first joined as a Care Manager. Tiffany is a graduate of Lehman College (BSW and Gerontology) and the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College (MSW).
