Geriatric Care Manager

Rachel Bowers has served as a Geriatric Care Manager at the Neighborhood House since 2024. Prior to joining us, Rachel worked as the Assistant Director of Caregiving at SAGE and as a Social Worker at Selfhelp Community Services. Rachel is a graduate of Syracuse University (BA, Policy Studies) and Columbia University’s School of Social Work (MSW).
