Kayla Phillips

Kayla has served as Chef De Cuisine in Food Services since 2025. Prior to joining the Neighborhood House, Kayla worked as the Executive Chef at Refettorio Harlem, as a Kitchen Manager and Chef Tournant at Ghetto Gastro, Assistant to the Executive Pastry Chef and Pastry Chef de Partie at Dirt Candy. Kayla was also previously the Pastry Chef de Partie at Momofuku Milk Bar and Café Beit. Kayla is the Founder and Culinary Director of Paradox Valley, LLC, her own business and private culinary events company. Kayla is a high school graduate and speaks conversational Spanish.
