Sous Chef

Michael has served as Sous Chef since 2025, after previously serving as the Neighborhood House’s Executive Chef from 2018 to 2022. Prior to rejoining the Neighborhood House, Michael served as a Bread Baker at She Wolf Bakery. Michael has served as the Sous Chef at Roman’s Brooklyn, the Assistant Chef at the St. Thomas Choir School, the Chef de Partie at Dovetail and as Line Cook at Aquavit and Marlow & Sons. Michael has also served as a Sales Manager at Project EATS. Michael received his Culinary Arts Diploma at the Northwest Culinary Academy of Vancouver and is currently pursuing his bachelor’s degree at the City College of New York’s Center for Worker Education.
