Phinehas Jacques

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Phinehas Jacques has served as Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at our Women’s Mental Health Shelter since 2026. Prior to joining the Neighborhood House, Phinehas worked as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at the Center for Alternative Sentencing and Employment Services’ Intensive Mobile Crisis Unit, at the Bass Wellness Center, NYC Psychiatric Associates and Essen Healthcare’s Outpatient Clinics. Phinehas is also a registered nurse and has worked in that capacity in Syracuse and Rochester, New York at Upstate University Hospital, Unity Hospital, Highland Hospital and Strong Memorial Hospital. Phinehas is a graduate of Saint John Fisher College (BA, Nursing; MS, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner; Doctor of Nursing Practice) and speaks Haitian Creole, French and Spanish.
