Noha Shahin

Senior Program Director

Noha Shahin has served as the Senior Program Director since 2025, overseeing the Women’s Mental Health Shelter and Casa Mutua. Noha first joined the Neighborhood House in 2024 as Director of Casa Mutua. Prior to joining the Neighborhood House, Noha was the Assistant Program Director of a Supportive Housing Program at The Jewish Board, a Case Management Supervisor and Program Coordinator at Bronx Works and a Behavior Technician at Applied Behavioral Intervention. Noha is a graduate of Monroe College (Master of Public Health/Master of Business Administration) and Altınbaş University (BS, Pharmacy). Noha is fluent in English, Arabic and Turkish.
