Dan Trimble
Chef Manager
Dan has served as Chef Manager in Food Services since 2025. Prior to joining the Neighborhood House, Dan worked as a Food Services Manager at The Open Door and oversaw a team of cooks and chefs providing community-based and government-supported meals. Dan also worked previously as a Chef at The Calhoun School and in various positions at restaurants and kitchens in New York City. Dan is a graduate of The International Culinary Center (Grand Diploma, Culinary Arts with a Farm to Table Concentration) and McGill University (BA, Commerce).
