Charlton Roussell

Care Manager

Charlton Roussell has served as Care Manager since 2026, previously serving as Outreach and Care Manager and Outreach Coordinator. Charlton first joined the Neighborhood House in 2006 and has worked a variety of roles, including Assistant Teacher in our Visual and Performing Arts Department. Prior to joining us, Charlton worked for Good Shepherd Services assisting low-income families in the Bronx. Charlton is a graduate of Hunter College, where he is currently pursuing his Master’s Degree.
