Program Accounting Manager

Bella Radchenko has served as Program Accounting Manager since 2026, after originally joining the Neighborhood House as a Program Accountant in 2003. Previously, Bella worked as an Assistant for a Certified Public Accountant in Brooklyn, New York and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Industrial-Economic College in Kishinev, Moldova.
