On April 30th, 2026, Lenox Hill Neighborhood House welcomed more than 500 supporters and partners to Cipriani 42nd Street for “Once Upon a Dream”—our annual black-tie Spring Gala celebration to raise critical funds for thousands of New Yorkers in need.

Dozens of acclaimed interior designers from across the country lent their talents and creativity to constructing enchanting tablescapes for the celebration, which honored Assembly Member Rebecca A. Seawright, Honorary Design Chair and Former Board Member Christopher Spitzmiller, and longtime partner Wilkinson Global Asset Management.

Martha Stewart was on hand to admire the tablescapes and toast the designers. Guided by Design Chairs Lindsey Coral Harper and Harry Heissmann, the spectacular designers sought inspiration from this year’s “Once Upon a Dream” theme to dream up breathtaking and unique tablescape creations. A special preview hour was followed by a lively cocktail reception, dinner, tributes, live music and dancing. Renowned auctioneer Lydia Fenet led the spirited Paddle Raise to support our essential programs. New York Cottages & Gardens served as the Media Sponsor, with Homeworthy serving as the Broadcast Partner.
