Lenox Hill Neighborhood House’s Mindful Living Collaborative offers an integrated model of wellness services for East Harlem residents seeking to improve their mental health and overall well-being.

Our collaborative works in partnership with East Harlem community-based organizations to increase access to and availability of mental health services for neighborhood residents.  For those experiencing mental health challenges, getting help in their community can make all the difference.

For East Harlem based partners interested in collaborating, we can create an individualized program to enhance your existing services to meet the needs of residents seeking wellness support.  Services can be provided on-site at your organization by our social workers, art therapists, dietitians, lawyers and legal advocates.

Mindful Living program offerings Include:

  • Mental health support groups, art therapy groups, and depression and anxiety screenings

  • Nutrition education and culinary arts curriculum with a focus on mental health

  • Stress management workshops and wellness talks

  • Legal education workshops, legal clinics, and legal assistance with housing, healthcare, disability and government benefits

Made possible with funding from the van Ameringen Foundation.
