Larisa Bowman

Deputy Director, Housing Unit

Larisa Bowman is a Deputy Director in our Legal Advocacy Department, having first joined the Neighborhood House as a Supervising Housing Attorney in 2016.  Larisa previously was a Clinical Instructor at the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau, supervising second- and third-year law students in landlord-tenant cases. Larisa has also worked as a Supervising Attorney at the Stanford Community Law Clinic, as a Housing Staff Attorney at Community Legal Services in East Palo Alto (CLSEPA) and as a Skadden Fellow at the Legal Aid Society of San Mateo County. Larisa clerked for the Hon. William G. Young in the United States District Court for Massachusetts and for the Hon. Ralph D. Grants in the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts. Larisa is a graduate of Brown University and received her law degree from Stanford Law School.
