Carolyn Silver, Esq. is the Director of the Legal Advocacy & Organizing Department. Carolyn supervises a staff of four attorneys and four non-attorney advocates. Carolyn graduated from Tufts University (BA, Social Psychology) and cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was a Senior Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. After graduation, Carolyn clerked for the Honorable Andre M. Davis in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
