Sarah Hackett is the Director of our Women’s Mental Health Shelter at the Park Avenue Armory. Sarah is a graduate of Trinity College (BS, Psychology) and New York University (MA, Counseling). Prior to joining the Neighborhood House, Sarah worked with homeless families for the organization Women In Need.

Catharina Oerlemans is the Director of Social Services at our Women’s Mental Health Shelter at the Park Avenue Armory. Catharina is a graduate of New York University's Silver School of Social Work (BS and MSW). Prior to joining the Neighborhood House, Catharina worked as a community school social worker for The Children's Aid Society in an elementary and middle school in East Harlem. Matthew Kantor is the Arts and Healthy Foods Manager at Casa Mutua, as well as part of the RealArts Visual and Performing Arts team. Matthew has a Master’s Degree in Teaching from Fordham University and a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Michigan. He has worked for years in supportive housing, previously as an Education Coordinator and Recreational Therapist at Housing and Services, Inc., and is a writer and musician.
