East Side Homeless Network

The East Side Homeless Network is a HUD-funded collaboration founded by Lenox Hill Neighborhood House which coordinates outreach, mental health, housing and employment services for homeless men and women on the East Side of Manhattan.

We coordinate with two other New York City non-profits, Neighborhood Coalition for Shelter and Yorkville Common Pantry, to provide homeless outreach to transitional housing and employment for homeless men and women.

In addition, we partner with many other community-based organizations, faith communities, businesses, local elected officials and government agencies to address issues facing our homeless clients.  We also participate in a number of issue-based coalitions.

Our partnerships and coalitions include, among many others, the Supportive Housing Network of New York City and Homeless Services United.
