Food Services Staff
Lynn Loflin is our Executive Chef. She works with our food services team to prepare over 400,000 fresh and delicious meals for our clients each year, including three meals a day, 365 days a year, at the Center @ Lenox Hill Neighborhood House and our Women’s Shelter at the Park Avenue Armory. Lynn also works with our Coordinator of Healthy Foods and Wellness to design and implement innovative programming for our clients, including our new Green Roof and Garden and Community Supported Agriculture Program, and also oversees our Community Supported Agriculture program. Lynn has run the organic Newton Farm in the Catskills and worked for 20 years as the owner and manager of Miracle Grill, a popular Manhattan restaurant.

Miles Crettien is our Coordinator of Healthy Foods and Wellness. Healthy eating and wellness are priorities in all of the work that we do. Miles creates new educational opportunities and activities to further inform clients about healthy foods and wellness, works with our food services staff to develop healthier cooking options and provides cooking classes to our clients focusing on cooking techniques and healthy recipes. Miles is a graduate of Ithaca College (BA, Environmental Science) and spent several years working on a number of farms in Massachusetts planting, harvesting and selling organic crops.
