Open seven days a week in our East Side Headquarters at 331 East 70th Street, the Fitness and Aquatics Center includes a heated, indoor swimming pool, a fully-equipped, air conditioned fitness room, a basketball court and locker rooms.
The Fitness and Aquatics Center welcomes Lenox Hill Neighborhood House clients to help ensure their health and wellness, including members of our two Senior Centers and tenants at Casa Mutua, our supportive housing program.

Every year, more than 300 youngsters learn to swim in our pool, while our older neighbors improve their physical and emotional well-being through early morning Silver Sneakers exercise classes. Our Fitness and Aquatics Center is available for use by members of the community through reasonably priced memberships.
