Volunteers enable Lenox Hill Neighborhood House to respond effectively and personally to the needs of the community. They bring a variety of skills, knowledge and experience that enrich our programs and activities. Working with professional educators, social workers and administrators, volunteers meet interesting people while improving the community.
|
Our volunteers care about our programs and work tirelessly to strengthen individuals and families in need.
We have 700 volunteers a year throughout our programs. Some volunteers serve on an ongoing basis while others help with short-term assignments or special events. Opportunities are available on weekdays, evenings and weekends, and include a variety of activities.
